Creating Accessible Content
If you plan to build an accessible lesson, you need to make sure that you remember about:
- sufficient contrast while designing the template;
- adding other means than color to convey the information about the correctness of the activity (color blind users);
- using correct markup of headings;
- putting the addons in a logical sequence;
- adding alternative text for any non-text content;
- adding subtitles and audio description to videos;
- defining the language of the lesson;
- adding the dedicated screen reader (Text to Speech addon) on every page and configuring it.
