Page names

Each page name can be edited and changed individually in the "Page" -> "Edit name..." section. Page names are quite important, as they are visible in the Lesson Report page. When a page name is changed, a new name automatically appears in the Lesson Report page.

Note: All page names within a lesson must be unique so that the results and navigation could work properly.
